Options ABC SMS Program Terms

Effective October 6, 2026.

Program

OPTIONS ABC LLC operates Options ABC Mortgage Recruiting SMS, which connects consenting mortgage professionals with our recruiting team. Messages may include recruiting information, invitations to compare mortgage-company options, and replies to questions or appointment requests. This program does not provide mortgage loans, borrower lead generation, an employment offer, or a guarantee of compensation or placement.

Some replies are generated with assistance from artificial intelligence. Mike is available directly at mike@options-abc.com or 708-372-3994.

Enrollment and consent

You request enrollment at options-abc.com/sms.html. The SMS checkbox is optional and starts unchecked. If selected, the page prepares an email containing your number and the exact consent. You must send that email to mike@options-abc.com yourself. Selecting the checkbox or opening the email does not enroll you. We retain and review the email before enrolling your number. By sending it, you authorize Options ABC to send recruiting and marketing texts to the number you provide, including automated messages and AI-assisted replies.

Consent is not a condition of purchase or of speaking with our recruiting team. You can contact us without subscribing. You confirm that you control the number you provide or have authority to enroll it. Notify us if you change or relinquish that number.

This consent is for SMS only. It does not authorize AI voice calls or unrelated email marketing.

Frequency and cost

Up to four proactive recruiting messages per month. Additional replies may be sent during conversations you initiate or participate in. Message frequency varies with your participation.

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Options ABC does not charge a separate subscription fee for this SMS program. Check with your carrier about applicable charges.

Stop and help

Reply STOP to opt out. You may receive one confirmation, after which program messages stop unless you enroll again. You can also contact mike@options-abc.com or 708-372-3994 to request removal. Reply HELP for assistance or use those contact details.

Appointments and service limitations

Appointments are offered only from available calendar times. Before booking, we confirm your name, invitation email, and the exact date, time and time zone. Calendar invitations are sent only after your agreement. Delivery of a message or invitation can be delayed or fail. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. For urgent matters, contact Mike directly.

Do not submit borrower details, financial account numbers, passwords, or sensitive personal information by SMS. AI-assisted responses can make mistakes; confirm material business details directly with Mike.
