Options ABC SMS Privacy Policy

Effective October 6, 2026.

OPTIONS ABC LLC, doing business as Options ABC, operates a text messaging program for mortgage professionals who choose to receive recruiting information and communicate with our recruiting team. This policy describes information used by that program.

Information we collect

We collect the mobile number you provide, your name if provided, your SMS consent and withdrawal records, and messages you exchange with us. We retain your opt-in email, including your stated consent, sending date, number and enrollment method. We may also collect delivery information. If you request an appointment, we use the name, email address and appointment details you confirm to arrange it.

Please do not send Social Security numbers, borrower information, account credentials, financial account numbers, employer confidential information or other sensitive information by text.

How we use information

We use this information to provide the SMS recruiting program you joined, answer your questions, arrange appointments you request, maintain your messaging preferences, prevent unwanted contact, and investigate delivery or service problems. Responses may be assisted by artificial intelligence. You may ask to speak with Mike directly.

We do not sell, rent or share SMS opt-in information or consent records for third-party marketing. We may disclose information to providers that operate the messaging and appointment services on our behalf, only as needed to deliver those services. We use Telnyx for messaging, Microsoft Outlook for communications and appointments, and Sites hosting for these public pages. Enrollment requests are sent by you to our Outlook email address; this page does not store your number in a browser database.

We may disclose information where required by applicable law or necessary to protect the security of the service. SMS opt-in information remains excluded from sharing for unrelated marketing purposes.

Choices and withdrawal

Reply STOP to stop messages from this program. Reply HELP for assistance. You may also contact mike@options-abc.com or 708-372-3994 to ask us to stop contacting you. A single confirmation of your opt-out may be sent. You may enroll again through the published opt-in process if you choose.

Consent to this SMS program does not authorize AI voice calls, and declining SMS does not prevent you from contacting us directly.

Storage and protection

We limit access to information to people and service providers who need it to operate this program. We retain consent, delivery and suppression records as needed to document your choices, honor stop-contact requests and meet applicable obligations. Keeping a suppression record helps prevent contacting you again after an opt-out.

Text messages travel through carriers and service providers; do not use them to send confidential or sensitive material. Contact us for questions or requests concerning your program information. Some records may need to be retained to honor an opt-out or satisfy legal obligations.
